Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders from Hobby Horse LarDen on all our country websites (for example hobby-horse.com and hobby-horse.store). Shipping costs, free shipping thresholds, carriers and delivery times depend on the delivery country and are listed below for each country. The exact options and prices for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Key facts

  • All orders ship from our warehouse in the Czech Republic (European Union).
  • Dispatch: orders placed by 8:00 Central European Time (CET, UTC+1; in summer CEST, UTC+2) on a working day are dispatched the same day, later orders on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Czech Republic.
  • Delivery times are carrier transit times in working days, counted from dispatch; the time until dispatch comes on top. They are typical times, not guaranteed, unless marked as guaranteed.
  • Free shipping applies from the order value stated for each country, only to the delivery services named there and in the currency shown there. Services listed under “Express” are always charged.
  • Orders containing a Hobby Horse ship free to all countries listed below (with the delivery services eligible for free shipping). Exceptions: Canada and Norway.
  • The listed shipping prices apply when free shipping does not apply to your order or the chosen service. Shipping is charged once per order. The final shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Pickup points: if you choose delivery to a pickup point (for example GLS ParcelShop), you select the exact pickup point after payment.
  • Tracking: once your parcel has been shipped, you receive an email with the tracking number and a tracking link.

Customs, duties and taxes

Deliveries within the EU customs and VAT territory are not subject to import duties or import VAT. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are outside the EU VAT territory (Ceuta and Melilla also outside the EU customs territory), so import taxes may be charged on delivery there; please contact us at info@hobby-horse.com before ordering.

For Switzerland (Swiss Post), the United Kingdom (Royal Mail and DHL Express), the United States (USPS and DHL Express), Australia (Australia Post and DHL) and New Zealand (NZ Post), import duties, taxes and fees are included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing extra is charged on delivery.

For Canada and Norway, import duties and taxes are not included in the price and may be charged on delivery.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery time, or it arrives damaged, contact us at info@hobby-horse.com with your order number and we will help you. Returns, exchanges and claims are covered by our Refund Policy.
